在炎热的中午,我和老公都懒惰出门用餐。刚好买了蘑菇汤罐头,就打算午餐在家里吃得比较light一点。感觉只吃mushroom soup配白面包很单调,脑筋一动就想学西餐厅那般浓汤配breadcumbs。那些脆脆的breadcumbs是我的最爱~~我把几片面包两面都抹上牛油,再撒上一些我用来做意大利面的mixed herbs。接着把面包剪丁,再放进toaster oven烘烤。出来的味道真的好香,面包在烤着的同时厨房就飘满了牛油和香料的香味。香脆的breadcumbs配热喷喷的蘑菇浓汤真是绝配!好好吃哦~看到老公津津有味地吃,我心里好满足。这种简单的烤面包我下次煮浓汤时一定会再做。。呵呵。。。
