妈妈的生日,我计划了好久,最后为她烤了一个草莓蛋糕。要做这种蛋糕步骤很多,对我来说是个挑战。我对成果并不完全满意,icing有点小甜,蛋糕也好像发不起来。蛋糕口感很密实,有点硬,可是搭配有点酸酸的草莓,味道还不错。
看~ 卖相还算ok啦,虽然不是很好看。人家是第一次做的咧。
一塌糊涂的,icing用普通的spatula乱涂一通,出来就是这个样子咯!瓦咔咔~
角落草莓的汁开始流出来了。。。看到吗?看到吗?
Icing和草莓开始融化了~ 好丑哦~
不久前才做了
绿茶可可蛋糕,还有一些收在冰厨里,现在又做了这么大一个蛋糕,我家人都抗议了,哇哈哈~~ 本来这个要做小一点的,可是我没有小的蛋糕模。看来我得去多买一些模具备用才行!
原本我是要用The Pioneer Woman的食谱,可是后来买不到酸奶,唯有用别的食谱做蛋糕,再用PW的食谱做icing。所以这次的成品是混合两个食谱而成的。
9” 四方模Shortcake Cake - 食谱来自Chocolate Shavings (我将分量x2了)1 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
- 我用buttercup3 cups all-purpose flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
- 我没用unsalted butter,所以这个没放,怕咸1 1/4 cup sugar
4 large eggs plus 4 large egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup whole milk
1)把面粉,发粉混合均匀,备用。
2)Mixer调高速把牛油和1 cup糖打至淡黄色。逐粒加入蛋和蛋黄,再加入香草精。搅拌均匀。
3)Mixer调低速把混合好的面粉分3次加入面糊搅拌均匀,牛奶分2次加入 (面粉->牛奶->面粉->牛奶->面粉)。不要搅拌过度。
- 人家就是搅拌过度了啦, 呜呜~4)放入预热烤箱,以170度烤35分钟。出炉后倒扣待凉。
1)In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder; set aside.
2)Using an electric mixer on high speed, beat butter and sugar in a large bowl until light and
fluffy.
3)Add eggs and yolks, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla.
4)With mixer on low, alternately add flour mixture in 3 parts and milk in 2, beginning and ending with flour mixture; mix just until combined.
5)Spread batter in prepared pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes.
6) Invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
草莓处理 Strawberries - 参考CS和PW我用700g strawberries
把草莓清洗,蒂头用小汤匙除掉,再把草莓切片(留一些切半的草莓作装饰),放在碗里。把1/4 cup糖撒在草莓上, 混合均匀,放置30分钟。30分钟后,把草莓片用叉子压碎,分成两份,再撒上糖至够味(不要太甜),混合均匀。放置30分钟备用。
Stem strawberries and slice them. Place into a bowl and sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar. Stir together and let sit for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, mash the strawberries in two batches. Sprinkle with more sugar to taste and allow to sit for another 30 minutes.
Icing - 食谱来自The Pioneer Woman1/2 pound cream cheese, room temperature
- 我用250g1/2 pound unsalted butter
- 我用250g buttercup1 1/2 pounds icing sugar, sifted
- 我用750g1 teaspoon vanilla
把忌廉芝士,牛油,糖和香草精混合,搅拌至松发。
Combine cream cheese, butter, sifted powdered sugar and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Mix until very light and fluffy.
Assemble Cake1)把蛋糕横切成两片。两片蛋糕切面向上放,备用。
2)把草莓碎均匀地铺上两片蛋糕,把草莓汁也淋在蛋糕上。
3)把icing铺在草莓碎上。把第二片蛋糕铺上,再把icing铺上。蛋糕旁边也擦上icing。
1)Spread strawberries evenly over each half, pouring on all the juices.
2)Spread icing over the top of the strawberries on the bottom layer. Place the second layer on top. Add icing to the top spreading evenly, then spread the remaining icing around the sides.
我剩下的icing很多,大概是我的做法不对,蛋糕没有发好,矮矮扁扁的,所以用上的icing自然也变少了,呵呵~ 接下来还得想想剩下有整一盒的icing要怎么消耗掉。。。
